New Website

After a lot of work and some unexpected twists that delayed us about two weeks, Stacey and I are excited to launch our new website this weekend!

www.simple-color.com is new and improved with some extra little features that we're really pumped about....

-Cleaner interface: We decided to go back to a simpler, white-space focused design for the new site ... allowing our pictures and their color to hopefully speak for themselves.

-New Sample galleries: We started out from scratch with our sample galleries, adding a ton of new pictures from some of our latest wedding.

- New proofing and shopping cart system: This is probably the biggest improvement from our old site. While we'll still be keeping our old proofing page open for our recent clients, the new proofing page and shopping cart system is sure to make everybody's lives a little easier. Now instead of emailing us your print selections after viewing them in the proofing section, clients will be able to view, order and select their print size directly from the online shopping cart. The new system will also allow anyone who wants to purchase individual prints to pay via PayPal online or simply order their prints on the web and send us payment in the mail. This new system will take awhile for us to integrate into our workflow, but we're hoping it'll be a big help to our clients in making their selection process a little easier!

-Testimonial section: We've finally added a place on our site where we can post comments that people have made about our work. No, Stacey and I aren't getting big heads, but simply hoping that the new "Happy People" section will allow prospective clients a place to see some of our past wedding achievements.

Easier calendar: Simply put, our new calendar is a lot more user-friendly then the somewhat clunky old version.

Online album samples: This area is still getting it's finishing touches, but when it's done it will allow everyone to see a ton of image of all of the different albums and options that we offer. So now our clients won't have to settled for long-winded email descriptions from your truly! :-)
