Christmas at the Greshams

It's been awhile since we last posted as Stacey and I are taking some time off with my family in Colorado. From delayed flights (It is Christmas after all) to great hockey games, it's been an exciting vacation so far! We generally reserve our blog for shot of our clients, but we're going to stray for awhile so bare with us!!!

So we got delayed in the Nashville airport for five hours! Just long enough for Stacey to catch a quick nap in the airport cafe.



I got the opportunity to work on a little motion blur. It's an easy concept, I know, but I'm getting better!



We finally made it on the plane! Here's a rare shot of Stacey....That's two in one post!!!

Every year my family coordinates a charity event through our church where we give out gifts to a local half-way house in Colorado Springs. Here's the result of a day's worth of shopping...

My gift to the boys in the family this year were some tickets to see our beloved Red Wings take on the Colorado Avalanche in Denver, CO. RED WINGS 4, AVS 2!!!

We had a great time shooting Allie and Brian's black and white wedding last night. This was one of the most laid back and relaxed couples we've gotten to work with over the past few years! Congrats guys and hope you enjoy the shots!

Light Painting

I've been working on a new lighting technique over the past week called "light painting". It involves long exposures and directed constant lights. The results have been beautiful and Stacey and I are excited for future opportunites that we'll have to enjoy this new form of photography. Enjoy some of our test shots!
